The hotel is very near to the railway station and other tourist places are also in the vicinity. The hotel is ok for 1-2 days. Rooms are ok, staff is very helpful. Breakfast options are ok but restaurant is expensive. The windows are beautiful with seating places. However upholstery looks old

The rooms did not match the photos shown on MMT. The property is quite old, and the early check-in process was very disappointing—we had to wait for 2 hours after arriving at 10:30 AM. The taste of the food was acceptable, but overall, the room experience was not up to the mark and did not offer value for money.

The hotel is in a good location with a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service was quite disappointing. When I checked in, I requested that the electric kettle be changed because the one provided was in very bad condition and had a terrible smell. I needed it urgently to prepare food for my one-year-old daughter, but the staff only replaced it the next day. This lack of prompt service was very inconvenient and unacceptable, especially given the importance of the request.
