on arrival i was upgraded to a cottage by manager hanumant ji ….he was extremely courteous….
then we were escorted to room by sukla… very humble behaviour….she told us everything about property and udaipur….and helped us in checkout also
both of these staff are very kind….
i liked the stay because of them

Amazing experience and as usual the hospitality is great. Starting from the arrival to departure the staff takes care of everything. The resort is really beautiful and big. Great food options and menu. The person who gave us the tour was very patient

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Taj Aravali. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Service: The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. The concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Housekeeping was prompt, and my room was always spotless. Rooms: My room was spacious, tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. The bathroom was clean and modern. Dining: The food was exceptional. I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant each morning

Overall experience was nice and memorable. We faced a crisis to rent a car for our onward journey to Jodhpur. This was professionally managed by the staff at the reception. I would like to personally thank Madam Sanjana for her support in the crisis. I feel proud to be a TATA employee for the support, service and professionalism shown by the Taj Aravalli team.

The hospitality of Taj started even before we arrived to the resort. I had to change my dates of stay twice at short notice due to adverse weather conditions and the staff were very understanding and adjusted the dates without much ado. At arrival, we were greeted with warmth by the guard, valet and front desk. All our requests were promptly looked after. The property was beautiful with lush greenery and a picturesque waterfall. The food and ambience at Tiri was great, and Odeypore lounge was fantastic as well. However, I'd like to note that this looked more of a family resort. This is in no way a complaint, this is great resort for a family getaway with lots of fun activities. However, for a couple, it can seem a bit too family friendly in my personal opinion. I am all praise for the staff at the resort, Taj hospitality and I definitely look forward to many more Taj experiences!

It was a wonderful experience at Taj Udaipur . I had been with my family and parents for 4 days and starting from entry to last day everyone were very polite and hospitale ! I would like to thanks Suraj Pal , Kamal for warm welcome … Khushi for being wonderful person towards my daughter..my daughter was very happy !! In restaurant Gulshan , Neha , Surinder and Rekha for being very kind and generous towards us. Thank you Taj !!!
