Bad experience. Staff are not showing any interest arranging/ help visitors to mmt customers. Attitude -make your own way. Didn’t get any food on check in. No lift although temporary problem. Minimum expectations not reached. Not fit for recommendation on mmt platform at such high price.

We found this property via makemytrip. The location is perfect. It is right outside the city palace entrance! the auto stand is right below the hotel so if you're going places, then this hotel is good. We ordered pasta and khichdi, both were good. The quantity of khichdi was less given the price. For pasta, it was good. The rooms are spacious, cable was not working but eventually we got the cable recharged through reception.

It was a good stay, the best thing about the hotel is its location, this is situated near the city palace, shitala mata temple, and a walking distance for the vintage car collection museum, jagdish mandir. Overall a good experience.

Mr.Ajay singh was very helpful . Property is at prime place where everything is on walkable distance ,specially City palace . Food is good. Hot water was available Need to work on hospitality like need room slippers , bigger water bottle. Pool was not working.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist . Room was clean and Spacious.Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
