I enjoyed a lot @ Hotel Devraj Niwas (Udaipur), very polite behavior of all hotel staff there , clean rooms, pleasant view of lake from lakeside view rooms. I'll surly plan again to visit here with family. It's my most memorable and enjoyable visit here jn Udiapur.

The location is very central. you can easily visit city palace, jagat niwas palace, gangaur ghat, jagdish temple on ease. Everything is okay except the swimming pool.

It was a horrible stay at the Hotel during. The property doesn’t have any restaurant of their own. There is a restaurant in the 2nd floor of the building and the Hotel use that restaurant to serve food to their guests. On the day of Holi the restaurant was closed and guests were asked to manage their fooding on their own by the Hotel. We booked the highest category room (Lake view suite), but there is no ventilation or exhaust system in the attached toilet. As a result foul smell were getting spread in the bedroom from toilet. On requesting the hotel Manager, no action was taken. Common area (like lobby, staircases, reception etc.) of the Hotel are not clean and properly maintained. This is perhaps one of the worst hotel I have seen at this budget. I would recommend NOT to book this Hotel.

The location and view from hotel weee perfect. Rooms and mantis were average and toilets were smelly and badly maintained. Staff needs more training on how to speak with customers,., especially at the restaurant.

The stay at this place is pretty average. The service needs to be improved. Rooms can be better interior views. The person at the reception is rude. I wanted to keep my luggage in hotel for a while and he showed me a spot which was in open so i asked him politely if this is safe place his response was “than take your bags with you”, instead of clearing my doubt. But rooms are very clean and my family lake view suite had a crazy view loved that. So that’s the good thing about this place clean rooms and view. Don’t expect the service to be that good.
