Food quality was very bad… packed food material is being used in the hotel for almost menu items. Apart from this hotel staff was not supportive, booked room was different than provided one.. when I entered in the room, difference was there and when I asked for support from hotel reception but it didn’t work. Overall experience was very bad -

The hotel isn't 3 or even 5 stars it looks like old property nothing special about it the rooms are plain curtains are old n tattered the shower is horrid i was so tired at end of day but couldn't take a good shower water was never hot n the pressure was so low tea served at room was horrid room was clean otherwise dinner options n breakfast was good with lots of variety it's quite costly for what low infrastructure and service they have they must reduce cost till they uplift the standards

Very good hotel with extremely good staff who are warm and took care of my wife and me. The rooms are immaculate with all facilities. Best part of the room was the splendid view of the Aravalli Hills. Fantastic food with a great spread. The staff fed us as if we were family. Do award your staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Justa Sajjangarh thsnk you for every thing and keep up the good work.

Somnath Chef chef, Mahendra chaudhary at front office & Laxman good housekeeping boy made our stay to the best experience. They take care in the best way. Really a memorable trip, experience the best stay. Please keep it up, waiting for more visits
