Large, clean property with a pool and 10 minutes from the lake. Kiara is a lovely host, very friendly and the property has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. There is an infra-red room as well as a sauna - like a personalised spa!The area is also great for sight-seeing, taking ferries to the islands on the lake or just visiting some of the many castles and pretty towns. Highly recommended!

Es war zwar nur eine kurze Auszeit als Familie - aber die war grandios. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter, eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage - gespickt mit vielen liebevollen Elementen. Wir haben uns mit dem ersten staunenden Erkunden der FeWo direkt wohlgefühlt. In etwa 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See - oder man schnappt sich eines der frei zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder. Eine Infrarot-Kabine in der Wohnung, eine Sauna im Haus und ein überdachtes Schwimmbad vor der Haustür - was will man mehr?Zumal die Umgebung ja auch noch einiges zu bieten hat. Für uns waren dies: Chiemsee-Schifffahrt, Fraueninsel, Minigolf und asiatisch Essen in Prien sowie Escaperoom, Burger und Cocktails in Rosenheim.Kurzum: Diese Familienzeit tat gut und wir kommen sehr (!) gerne wieder.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!Wir konnten uns alle sehr gut erholen!!Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kinder.Der Pool ist absolut KLASSE wir hatten viel Spaß.!Auch am See der Sonnenuntergang war wunderschön!Der Beach Club auch absolut Spitze .Sehr nette und Gastfreundliche Vermieter!Vielen lieben Dank an Fam. Schönes Anwesen vor allem der Pool war super herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Leider kein 5 Sterne - Appartement
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß, aber in Details leider nicht für 7 Personen geeignet (z.B. Anzahl und Örtlichkeiten von Schränken, Anzahl und Anordnung von Haken im Bad, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Schlafstätten). Liebevolle Ausstattungen in der gesamten Wohnung erweisen sich leider als Staubfänger. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Beleuchtungskonzept, nur in der Küche arbeitet man leider fast im Dunkel. Die angekündigten Fahrräder sind vorhanden, sollten aber auf Grund ihrer Beschaffenheit lieber nicht mehr "vermietet" werden. Die Lage der Wohnung und der Ausblick von den Balkonen ist genial.
