Hotel muito limpo, atendimento maravilhoso, a localização para quem quer estar próximo do agito, dá para ir a pé em qualquer lugar, mas a praia é impropria para banho, as tvs não são smart, portanto não dá para usar a Netflix, a Monica que nos atendeu no café da manhã é muuuuuuuito atenciosa, o João e a Isadora também, agora o estacionamento é ruim, vagas muito apertadas e o outro estacionamento fica na mesma rua mas não é perto.

Fui atraído pelo preço e a decepção foi enorme, a pousada possui um estacionamento extremamente pequeno e apertado ao ponto de preferir deixar meu carro na rua, quarto muito pequeno idem o banheiro, não tem nada para fazer na pousada, muito barulho por conta de uma pista de skate ao lado, o café da manhã é servido em uma outra pousada mais longe de onde ficamos, o café da manhã é limitado e fraco, o hóspede não se serve, a bandeja já vem pronta com pão, manteiga café um suco fatias de presunto e queijo nada mais, recomendo uma avaliação melhor antes de se hospedar nesse local

Pousada Dom Diego Ubatuba
Pousada com excelente localização próximo a comércio e aos principais restaurantes de Ubatuba. A equipe de funcionários é extremamente educada, e muito atenciosos. A limpeza do quarto é excelente e feito diariamente, inclusive aos finais de semana.
O quarto onde fiquei precisava de uma pintura nova e o ar condicionado era de janela e um tanto barulhento. O maior problema da pousada é a garagem, pois a garagem anexa à pousada não é feita para carros de grande porte e lota rapidamente e a outra garagem disponível fica a 200 metros da pousada.

Fiquei pela segunda vez na Pousada don Diego. A localização é excelente, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso. Porém, dois detalhes importantes que podem ser melhorados:
1) o wifi nao pegou em nenhum momento dentro do quarto. Para trabalhar, precisava ficar do lado de fora, em umas mesinhas que tem. Estive na suíte 14. Ainda assim, oscilava demais
2) o ar condicionado era, em alguns momentos, extremamente barulhento, que dificultava até para pegar no sono

Ar condicionado, sem condições de dormir com ele ligado, parece que tem um caminhão ligado dentro do quarto de tanto barulho que faz e dormir sem ar com um calor que anda fazendo Deus o livre. Café teria que ser a vontade, esse café servido por pessoa muito ruim e muito desperdício.

Excelente pousada, cheiroso, limpa , decoração linda , café da manhã perfeito ,atendimento nota mil , funcionários super simpaticos, localização privilegiada. No centro de itagua, próximo ao aquario, com várias opções de restaurantes e lojas .
