We have stayed there many times. We like the rooms and the beds are always comfortable. However the staff is not always nice. We put up with them because it is a nice,clean and convient place to stay.

Good stay at this place. I always enjoy the hospitality. The $150 refundable is a bit too much to cover any room damage, that needs to change ASAP! Other than that nice hotel.

Had to change rooms due to the tv but working and had some worn wall panels and spots need to be painted or wiped. We went to the room next door and it was better had problems with the TV again. Didn't want to come on then when it did come on it would'nt allow me to change the channels and then kept going off, tv channel selection are slim. But it was a pleasant stay once the upstairs neighbors finally stopped stomping and walking. The area was quiet and convenient front desk he made the accommodation and she made sure the request of cleaning the room was completed while we were out and about came back to a clean room towels stocked and the scent was refreshing love a good scent.

Overall not a bad experience however we had three hotel rooms on two different floors for our family and all three rooms had a very musty smell. Smelled like a damp basement. For this reason, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Showed a picture to the staff including manager who did not believe the picture was On their sheets and refused a refund without me going up to the room to show maintenance more bugs. Had to go upstairs where there was in fact more on the wall behind the bed. Manager was very rude and upset to be bothered during a parade she was at.

Great stay! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator, microwave, bed and couch. All the staff were friendly and professional. Jessica at the front desk made sure to get us a handicap room when requested. Also, the gentleman at the desk between 3 and 12 was also very helpful in helping us find a channel on our tv. We stayed to go to UT Health at 5 am - only 2 miles away. Very convenient since we had to be there at 5 am! Would recommend this LaQuinta to anyone wanting a great place to stay!
