Roach was crawling on the pillows when I walked in. Pool was closed. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast was meager. Juice machine was broken. They had cereal and milk, some old looking muffins and coffee. Pretty disappointing. People were very loud and it was noisy late into the night. Parking lot had lots of cracks and could use some repair. A/C worked well and so did the fridge. Wifi worked well. Towels were thin and not soft. Shower got hot quick, which was good. Ok for a solo traveler, but would not consider it family friendly at all.

BED BUGS… unclean rooms and unsafe environment. I will include pictures to back up my claims. This property and its management knowingly put money above the health of their customers. I’ve never been handed plastic wrapped towels at any hotel I’ve stayed at… until now. I provide proof of bedbugs only to be called a liar. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor… DO NOT STAY HERE!! Our vehicle needed repairs and we had no choice in the matter. Pictures on their website are not at all what the property currently looks like now.

I had called for a late check-in,no one was available for 18 minutes when I arrived. Thr furniture is really old and wornplus the room had no ac on. My Keychain thermostat read 84 freaking degrees at 10:20 PM. Then I was handed a single roll with bath towel, wash cloth etc and a tiny bag of tiny tolieties. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Air worked but not well. Took most of the first night to cool room down. They deactivated our room key after the first night. Had to get that worked out. We go NO room service at all during our weekend stay. There were roaches in our room..and my step mom got bit by something the first night and today it is a bruise. Definitely should get my money back. Will never stay again.

The TV remote was missing. Couldn't get signal by even manually switching the input. It had roaches.

Great customer service. Shower made weird noises but worked great. Nice warm water. Clean rooms. Nothing to complain about. Nice and quiet as well.

Never Again
OMG never again. First off I was a female with 3 small children and immediately my safety was a concern. Imagine traveling with 3 small children under the age of 5 for a road trip to the zoo. Arriving at the hotel, People were just hanging out and I was afraid to get out of my car. Asked for a room/location change because we were in the far back, which was way better than where we were originally assigned. Front desk clerk very helpful, she tried to assure me of our safety. Get to the room, remote batteries dead. Kids wanting to watch cartoon because it was too quiet. Turned the air on, went somewhere for about 3 hours, returned only to discover the air not working. After the maintenance guy who was very friendly and a life saver being it was 70+ degrees, had to replace the entire unit. He did so in a timely manner.

The stay is pretty decent, if you are not looking for the bells and whistles. Over all clean and bed was comfortable. Only thing I hold against the hotel. There were no towels in the room.
