Not up to Marriott standards. When we arrived we waited between 10 and 15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. Even then the person appeared disinterested. The rooms we were assigned smelled moldy and the air-conditioning unit made a loud noise all night as if something was stuck in the unit. Overall it was the the poorest example of s Marriott hotel I have stayed in. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and really expect more. Thank you, Eric Wedig

Wonderful, efficient, super clean option in Tyler. For a small up charge, you can relax in an end-of-the-hall suite with a spacious living area and dual curved sofas for kicking back in the evening. Very good.

The staff made us feel like family. We spent a week there due to an adoption and they were so helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself is very clean and rooms were good. It’s in the perfect location to everything you need target , Walmart , Starbucks , and so many great food options.

The team here is doing their best with what they have here which is an older hotel that needs investment $ from the owner. The elevators are outdated - the fourth floor call button didn't work so you either had to call down and have someone go in and press "4" so the elevator would come up to 4 or you had to walk down or just wait for someone else to come up to 4. Just fix it!! My room key reader (on the door) didn't work - so odd - and required a reset from the very kind front desk person. The heating/ac system is one of those where you have the controls on the unit. The windows don't open. The location is ok if you have a car - you really can't walk to anything. On the plus side, the team is great. The morning coffee was good and the food looked and smelled excellent (I didn't have any). My room seemed very clean.

I paid and reserved a king bed and pull out couch with a walk in ADA compliant shower. When I arrived they put me in a king with pullout couch with regular shower and tub combo. When I asked the front desk they informed me that they don’t have a room that fits that description and the best they could do was a king bed with walk in ADA shower or 2 double beds and a low tub room. When looking at the options they said they would give us both room (adjoining) for the original rate I paid for the one. When I got home I found that I was charged again for the second room for more than I paid for the first.

Loved everything except pool area. Flooring around pool area is too slick, anyone but especially kids. Otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
