Third year in a row we are visiting this hotel. Amazing ski conditions with loads of snow and hotel fuly ski-in/out. Great service and genuine hospitality, nice quality dinner. The renovated ski room is a nice touch. Spa is sufficiently sized for after ski relaxation.

It was already our fourth visit to Obertauern and our first stay at Valamar Kesselspitze hotel. We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is great, you have all you need for a perfect and relaxing skiing vacation, but the main reason our experience was really wonderful are the hotel employess. Special thanks and praise for her work goes to Maja at the kids Maro Club. Our son Vito enjoyed every moment he spent at the Maro Club. The employees at the hotels Momenti restaurant are all lovely, but you will very rarely find such a profesional like Danilo...young but full of knowledge. When we first arrived we were welcomed by polite reception staff, and Experience concierge, a beautiful, kind and helpful lady Ingrid. She is there to help you organize anything you need...in our case she organized the whole skiing equipment rental, for all three of us and private skiing lessons for Klara.

We had incredible 4 days in this hotel. Everything was great,the waiters in main sala were very attentive and professional especially Filip Petar and Matea. The room service was impecable,the kitchen was imazing and the director of the hotel is very likable.

Excelent food,verry nice and polite stuff,hotel with a soul.It is located on the slope near by the cableway.Spa is comfortable and large enough.the masage was fantastic,and we felt realy special. They park our car in the garage under the hotel and take care of our luggage.we felt realy safe at

We had an amazing stay here. Ingrid, the experience concierge, was so helpful and went out of her way to organize a complex itinerary of private and group ski lessons for the children, and she was there for any last minute changes we wanted to make. She made the stay extra special. The rest of the staff were superb too. Food was amazing, good variety for both adults and children. The Maro kids club was loved by children, and they loved the supervisor, Maya. The hotel is ski on ski off and has a lovely locker room, so easy! Highly recommend this hotel for families.

The best holidays ever! Great location, hotel facilities and hotel staff. Family rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Special thanks to Maja, Alen and Ingrid :) Kids enjoyed skiing and other activities on snow. We will came again next year...

Position of hotel on the ski piste. Food at highest possible level, specially dinner. Chef Dragan always ready for some small extra services. Ask for sommelier Ivana advices and you wont regret it. Cleaning ladies ready to recover a bottle of wine when it fell. Stay to be repeated

Kids playroom is fantastic. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Staff top top. Bedroom excellent. Ski lift only 20 m from ski depo. Ski depo excellent. Garage is spacious and accessable from lift. Hotel staff speak Croatian also, which was very suprising for us.
