Номер, конечно маловат, и не очень удобно, что кровать от стены до стены, лучше бы она была поуже, но остался проход хоть с одной стороны. В остальном все прекрасно. Еду в кафе не заказывали, поэтому мнения нет. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Парковка своя, wi-fi - без нареканий. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Прекрасный отель, были проездом, когда ехали в Питер и сразу же забронировали номер на обратную дорогу. Уютный и чистый номер со всем необходимым. Про персонал отдельно: прекрасная администратор Елена оперативно пришла на помощь и сварила индейку нашему терьеру, не оставив нашу собаку, отказавшуюся от сухого корма, голодной) Спасибо большое, в такой "Теремок" хочется возвращаться снова и снова)

Решили с женихом остановиться в данной гостинице после свадьбы. Подтвердили бронирование в день свадьбы, предупредили что заедем после 11-12 ночи, но администратор НЕ предупредил о том, что в течении дня нужно будет дополнительно подтверждать бронирование (одно из правил данной гостиницы). Приехали как и сообщали администратору К 12 часам ночи, на стойке регистрации узнали что наш номер сдали другим людям. Как объяснили нам у них такие правила, БУДЬТЕ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЕЕ КОГДА БРОНИРУЕТЕ НОМЕР В ДАННОЙ СЕТИ ГОСТИНИЦ, СКОРЕЕ ВСЕГО ЕГО СДАДУТ ДРУГИМ ЛЮДЯМ РАЗ ВЫ НЕ ОТВЕЧАЕТЕ НА ИХ ЗВОНКИ И СМС!!!!!(Так как у нас была свадьба я не смогла ответить на звонок) Отлично провели первую брачную ночь.. СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ СОТРУДНИКАМ ОТЕЛЯ, КОТОРЫЕ ДАЖЕ НЕ ПРЕДЛОЖИЛИ ПОЗВОНИТЬ В ДРУГИЕ ГОСТИНИЦЫ И УЗНАТЬ О НАЛИЧИИ МЕСТ, ВИДЯ МЕНЯ В СВАДЕБНОМ ПЛАТЬЕ, ЧТОБЫ ХОТЬ КАК ТО СГЛАДИТЬ СИТУАЦИЮ...После данного инцидента связалась с менеджером бронирования объяснила ситуацию, данные правила она подтвердила, поэтому переспрашивайте при бронировании нужно ли будет по 1000 раз на дню подтверждать бронь.. А так же нам сказали уже после данного инцидента о взносе предоплаты за номер тогда его точно не сдадут другим людям думаю данная предоплата идет мимо кассы... (может мне еще в очередь встать за ним???) Хорошо нам было куда ехать после свадьбы... иначе бы всю ночь искали номера в гостиницах Твери.

Останавливалась в этом отеле со своей семьей. Нам был предоставлен номер комфорт . Как же мне понравился номер !!! Все очень продуманно. Сам номер небольшой , но есть все что нужно для проживания : холодильник, кондиционер , телевизор, чайник, ванная большая, фен. Приятным бонусом стала ваза с конфетами и бесплатные чайные пакетики. Хороший персонал , быстрое заселение. Рекомендую !

Отель отличный, расположен удобно , рядом есть ТЦ , аптеки , остановки . До центра 10 мин пешком!! Засели в номер стандарт ( номер не большой , но Очень уютный .. есть все ! фен , холодильник , кондиционер и т.д). Спасибо девочкам администраторам , все вежливые , отзывчивые. На просьбу реагируют моментально ! Вернемся обязательно , только на этот раз воспользуемся обязательно Вашей беседкой с мангалом !
