This is a very nice resort with good value for money. The food was good and restaurant prices were acceptable and this is a under rated resort hotel. The only small complaint is the massage which is not up standard.

The bottom bedroom in the 4 bedroom villa was a little run down. When taking showers, the bathroom is frequently clogged when taking showers. Customer service is SUPERB. The breakfast food that was served was good.

Good location, nice staffs. But they charge 35k for missing a pair of flip flops which someone stolen in resorts private beach when I was swimming. Resort should provide one use slipper… This is 5 star resort so I felt unhappy when was charged this issue even it’s small amount of money.

We are very satisfied and will definitely come back, the space is extremely beautiful and chill. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we checked in, Tra Mi welcomed us with a bright smile, and at breakfast we met her and asked her very enthusiastically.
