El sitio es muy ameno, una atención en restaurante, habitación, servicio a habitación, y de parte de recepción muy agradable. Cabe mencionar que las instalaciones don bastante limpias muy buena organzacion, y la ubicación del lugar es muy conveniente.

Fue un viaje hermoso 🤩 es un hotel de 10!!! De entrada es PET friendly, por lo que pude ir con toda la familia incluyendo a mi perrita, instalaciones de primera, la atención súper, la comida del bufete rica y variada. Vale cada peso … regresaremos !!!

Everything was just great . Pablo and 𝓙𝓪𝓺𝓾𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓮 had an excellent attitude . Nice Mexican food bufet with so helpful waiting staff , interesting views , clean facilities. Just have a few suggestions: In-room Terrace furniture. A/C in lobby and restaurant. Better coffee supplements. Keep an eye on front desk restrooms.

Excelente servício, la comida con muy buen sazón, ingredientes de buena calidad. Todo en orden, los horarios de la alberca bastante cómodos y en general las instalaciones ordenadas y limpias. El personal muy amable y atención a cualquier solicitud.

El hotel muy bonito, con esta ya es la quinta vez que me hospedo ahí La atención de recepción muy bien, el señor Arturo muy amable En restaurante la comida muy rica, aunque con esta ya van 2 ocasiones en donde mi mesero cobra mi cuenta y sin disimular se guarda el dinero, he ubicado al señor Norberto con ellos, no se cuales son los procedimientos de cobro, Pero ya son 2 ocasiones en donde veo el mismo comportamiento y en ambas ocasiones he visto al señor Norberto guardandose el dinero con diferentes meseros, solo cambiaría la discreción de sus malos hábitos.

Consideramos mi esposa y yo que el 5 es una muy buena calificación hemos tenido un par de días Muy agradables y muy cómodo en este hotel. Es la segunda vez que estoy en este hotel y se debe a que el año pasado me instalé por primera vez si me gustó por eso estoy de vuelta. Los felicito gracias.

Excelente trato del personal del hotel. Me lleve una grata experiencia. Es un hotel muy completo porque hay tiendas dentro. Por si se te olvida traer algo. Lo que que faltaria es que hayan cajeros cerca. El desayuno fue muy rico. recomiendo ampliamente.

Había ido 2 o 3 vece cuando era Crown Plaza con muy buenas experiencias y esta ocasión que lo visité de nuevo para descanso fue muy buena la estancia. La habitación en el piso 7 ejecutivo la recomiendo por completo, muy bonita, limpieza impecable, super amplia, super vista. Pero lo mejor fue la atención de todos los que nos atendieron en cada momento. Los felicito.
