Estrutura muito boa, mas falta administracao. Cheiro de esgoto terrível no banheiro. Cafe da manhã razoável. Tv não possui opção de canal aberto/fechado; apenas streaming. Sala de jogos não funcionava. Falta opção de lazer infantil. Não disponibilizam mimos de receptividade. Não tem bloquinho pra sugestões. Quanto ao restaurante, muito bom.

O local é muito bom. A recepção dos funcionarios e atendimento é excelente. O quarto ótimo, assim como a limpeza do quarto. Porém precisam melhorar um pouco no café da manhã, pois um pedido de um beju demorou por volta de 25 minutos e a reposição dos itens que estavam acabando ou nao tinha mais ocorria num intervalo de tempo muito grande. A piscina tinha uma parte escorregadia como se tivesse limo. E pra uma hospedagem com a identificação de Resort, precisaria colocar um pouco mais de espreguiçadeiras em volta da área da piscina. No mais o lugar é muito bom.

Péssimo atendimento no restaurante do @oitibeachresort ! Falta de elementos básicos no café da manhã! Permitem pessoal molhado entrem no salão molhando e facilitando quedas e acidentes! Copos sujos! - Falta de higienização e limpeza quartos( encontrado resquícios de hospedagem anterior no quarto)
