Nice view on the beach, nice restaurant and nice rooms with smart tv. For the sea entry, you should climb the rocks at the entry on the beach. For the water sold at the reception the first bottle costs 5 and it leaks, the bottle costs 4 and smells bad. For the swimming pool, there is indications to use the ladder, but no other instructions for diving and so on.

Hotel deixa muito a desejar. A limpeza é ruim, a piscina é suja (encontrei tufos de cabelo e coisas no fundo) quartos demoram a ser limpos, as áreas livres são sujas. Ficamos 4 dias e a sujeira à beira da piscina (guardanapos sujos, sobras de alimentos...) não foi removida. O pior é o restaurante. Pratos caros, ruins e mal servidos. No café, muita mosca circulando nos bolos e pães de queijo. Informei uma garçonete que apenas disse que não tinha como tampar. De bom, o quarto com cama confortável, a brinquedoteca e a vista. O acesso a praia é bom e a vista do por do sol linda. Sugiro ir à cidade comer, fica bem próximo do centro onde se encontra bons restaurantes.

Tudo uma maravilha, como sempre o Oiti é nota 10, apenas uma pequena observação para o café da manhã, pois fui avisada de que a máquina de café estava quebrada e não havia opção para fazer capuccino, a única opção de café era café com leite...

Adoramos a estadia, porém no restaurante turno do jantar, não tivemos um bom atendimento, não sabiam o que significa a cor da pulseira (jantar incluído). O garçom ficou meio chateado ao ter que buscar o cardápio correspondente ao pacote comprado e também a comida não estava boa. Portanto, acho que podem melhorar nesse quesito.
Também senti falta de poder fazer upgrad do quarto no check in, cheguei a comentar na recepção, mas a mesma informou que não era possível.

Local muito bonito e tranquilo. Comida muito gostoda e um café da manha muito bom.
Os pontos negativos sao: a internet, os travesseiros - muito desconfortáveis e um odor que exala do banheiro.

Resort maravilhoso! Vista linda! Praia bem na frente do hotel com um banho delicioso e água do mar bem quentinha. Quartos confortáveis, limpos e novos. Funcionários gentis e cuidadosos. A vista lindíssima! Se for fazer passeio, eles saem da porta pelo lado da praia. Comida e bebida são excelentes e servidos pela Casa de Juja Tutoia. Já quero voltar novamente!
