We needed a place to stay for parents weekend at UIUC. This hotel was a quick 35 minute drive from campus. The hotel is clean and has a simple breakfast. We would stay here again.

No we checked out early at 5am after cutting on the light to go to the bathroom and roaches were crawling all over. I call the front desk and inform them the ask do I want another room. I told them no I want a refund. We got dressed shook all of our items loaded everything in the back of our vehicle. I went to the front desk and the assistant told me a manager would be contacting me Monday morning and I haven’t heard from them. So I call to speak with the manager this afternoon and was told the manager will call me back. I then called corporate and got a response.

I wanted to do something special with my two special needs people and we chose to go to Tuscola, and we stayed at the Baymont Hotel. The rooms were amazing, and the staff was very accommodating. I requested a connecting room 1st floor close to the pool, and they accommodated us with our request. Much appreciated and my ladies had a wonderful time,

Clean room with newer floors. Enough room for a couple. happy with sink outside of bathroom. room and bedding clean. friendly staff. Pool is smaller than expected. Ok for senior exercises. But not really made for actual swimming. more of a wading pool. I prefer to pay a few extra dollars for this hotel which is cleaner then the one across the street which I didnt care for.

Dirty
The room was not cleaned very well. Breakfast was minimal. No hot items. The service was good. Convenient location to good and gas.

Dirty and bad odder in hall ways and Stains in Carpet in room. Filthy Cloth chairs in rear entrance. Shower head covered with a small towel to stop a leak. Shower drain cover was just laying in shower and not in the drain.

All accommodations were good, however check in process was not good. Did everything online, but when we arrived& gave confirmation info they had to reenter everything. Will be watching my credit card...looks as though I'll be billed twi e. Very difficult communicating with both at front fesk.
