Walk to U of A campus and Bryant Denny stadium! 2 bed/2 bath on ground floor with balcony/patio area, in unit washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Complex has pool, gym, and business center, and even caters food for all guests on football game weekends.
There are two bedrooms, and each bedroom has a king sized bed, wall mounted TV, 1000-threadcount sheets, dresser, large closet, blinds, curtains, extra blankets, & pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with both a coffee & keurig machine, dishes, cooking utensils, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and blender.
Guests have full access to the 24 hour gym on-site, pool, and business center. The clubhouse caters food on game weekends for all residents and guests to enjoy as well.

This was an amazing experience! Everything from the communication on day one through the stay I cannot speak more highly. Apartment was perfect for us and our friends and walkable to stadium which was major plus!We will definitely be back

Clean, great location
This was a great place for a football weekend. Great location and plenty of room for 2 couples. The shower curtain fell in one of the bathrooms and when we got back from the game, it was replaced. Chris was extremely responsive to our need. Thank you.
I would be thrilled to stay there again for a game.
