On arrival to the hotel, I informed the receptionist that there was an error in the reservation, and we were only two persons and not three. They closed and locked a connecting door in our room, and turned it into a two persons room, in a way they could sell the adjacent room also. However, they insisted on a payment for a three persons room! Unfortunately, this was only one of the incidents we had during our staying. The hotel saves on reception, so there is no receptionist to help guests every day from 7pm to 7am. We didn't have soap in our room, and I had to struggle with it myself, because the receptionist didn't know how to do it, and there was nobody else to do it. In addition, they failed to make up our room, saying there was a new person for this job... In summary: no value for money. Stay away.
