Really enjoyed our experience overall. Highlights where the amazing sunset every night and the views from the beach, the staff was friendly enough especially the lady who greets you at the restaurant. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The animation team was good but could do abit more to utilise the activities onsite and be abit more forthcoming especially towards my boys. We have 2 boys aged 12 and 10 who seemed to have really enjoyed themselves mainly on slides and on the mini football pitch on the evenings. Regarding the food it pretty much what you'd expect from an all inclusive, pretty much same, same food every lunch/evening and have the selection slightly mixed up as I'm not sure who eats a casserole for breakfast?! Having said that the food is nice and can always find something you'd like to eat. Especially the snack bar which is by far the best place to eat in my opinion. The A La Carte was nice to ok we had a Italian but as you turn up the starter is already on the table, which I wasn't keen on, not knowing how long it's been there is a bit of a turn off especially when we had carpaccio and smoked salmon sat there, the booking system could do with refining maybe going to an app instead of queuing to book would be better. Regarding the hotels location it's brilliant it's not too far away from the town but in walking distance if you enjoy the shopping bars etc. my partner and myself said we would definitely come back to turgutreis as the town is a lovely place. For a few of the negatives SUNBEDS WARS having to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a sunbed isn't my idea of an holiday. In my opinion they need to find a better system or try and make space for more beds or even stop people reserving them for a full day and not using them. There seems to be far to many people for the amount of sunbeds and the longer we've been here the busier it's got and does feel overwhelming at times. It's the same for the main restaurant does get really busy at times and it can be hard to get a seat, that coupled with some ignorant rude guest can make for an unpleasant experience. To summarise the hotel is clean, well kept, staff are pleasant and in a great location with unbelievable sunset views. The indoor pool is a nice touch and doesn't get busy at all. With a few issues ironed out could be a real 5 star experience. Think coming at the time we did was quieter in the first week which gave a better experience but as times gone on it's become a lot more busier making the hotel feel slightly packed in regards to guest to space ratio.

Just got back from a fantastic holiday here. The hotel was clean, and well looked after, with a really welcoming atmosphere. The entertainment team were brilliant—friendly, fun, and always made an effort to include everyone in the activities. Thank you to Baris, the tattooist at the hotel, who did henna tattoo for me and my daughter. He made the whole experience really comfortable and pleasant and the results were great. Would be a good option for anyone who wanted the real thing whilst on holiday. Plenty of choice of food and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Watching the sunset each night was a definite highlight.
