The location is very strategic, close to the airport and easy to find food around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making the stay smooth and comfortable. Facilities were also excellent for the price. Another plus point is the free drop to the airport, which makes it even more convenient for travelers. Overall I had a pleasant experience staying here. Highly recommended for short or transit stays in Medan.

I couldn't contact the hotel customer service at 10pm. I was speechless. I clicked on the cancellation and negotiated, but they still didn't give me a refund.
