Great place with a great location. Right on the road to the beach and yet very close to the city centre. Staff are very very helpful polite and professional. Rooms are big and clean! We stayed 2 nights and decided to extend for another night. The restaurant on premises has excellent food. We've ordered ceviche everywhere we went on our 3 week trip in Mexico and this was top 3! Good value for money too. Our server Carlos at the restaurant was amazing. Very good energy and super attentive. We highly rate this place 👌🏻

It was worse. Very dirty property. Dust all around on the floor,your feet will turn black with dust. The Bathroom was even worst. Dirty & the toilet bowl filthy. They had some strange pee coloured liquid in the flush. Bad showers too. Dirty sink as well. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Look for other options.
They even breached privacy by coming inside the room for room service although we mentioned we don't want service as the luggage was spread out & open. Overall poor experience. They don't seem to care, the manager looked inexperienced & did not do anything about the complaints.

Sehr schöne Anlage, super gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal, da gibt's überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Warum dann also nur 3 Punkte? Leider gibt es - aus meiner persönlichen Sicht- einige mehr oder weniger gewichtige Kritikpunkte: - die Betten und Kissen sind eine Katastrophe, so schlecht habe ich in keinem anderen Hotel geschlafen...ist sicher subjektiv, aber meine Freundin hat es ebenfalls so empfunden - keine Sonnenschirme am Pool...habe ich schon öfter in Hotels erlebt und ich verstehe es einfach nicht. Da hast du einen schönen Pool (der in diesem Hotel den Mittelpunkt darstellt) mit 10 guten und gepflegten Liegen und dann scheitert es daran noch 5 Sonnenschirme hinzustellen...schade, aber so hält man es nicht lange aus am Pool, es gibt zwar Palmen die etwas Schatten spenden, aber halt immer nur kurz - keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Dusche, d.h. Duschgel etc. muss man alles auf den Boden stellen und auch im Zimmer könnte es mehr Ablageflächen geben...Aber das ist Gejammere auf hohem Niveau und nicht wirklich wichtig Würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen? In Tulum gibt es massig Unterkünfte in diesem Preissegment, insofern würde ich es wohl nicht mehr buchen, auch wenn ich mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt habe dort. Ausschlaggebend sind hauptsächlich die Betten für mich persönlich. Auch die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal, ungefähr 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum...allerdings entlang der belebten Hauptstraße und das weiß man natürlich vorher. Zu guter letzt ist m.E. nach Tulum sowieso völlig überbewertet...brutal viel Verkehr daher völlig ungemütlich und die 5km Entfernung zwischen Stadt und Strand machen dieses Kaff einfach auch mega umständlich. Ist halt durch IG gehypt, aber es gibt wesentlich schönere Orte und Strände an der Riviera Maya als Tulum, zumindest meiner Meinung nach...Das aber nur am Rande, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts :-)

Super sad about this experience, we choose this hotel accordong to the reviews but during our stay we totally don’t get why people recommend this hotel. The staff probably doesn’t know what hospitality means. Our room was dirty when we arrived, the pool is full of leaves all the time, the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows - it feels like they are full of clothes, like jeans or jackets - not any of pillow material :) :) :) The first night there was a party near the hotel and the music was extremely loud, so we couldn’t sleep, next morning at the front desk they said “what music? There is no music, we didn’t hear it”. We left tips for the houskeeper for celaning, but when we got back to the hotel - the tips were taken, and the trash bin was left full, the sink was dirty and our wet towells were taken from the floor and put back on the shelf :) :) i know it, because I used it before I left, it was wet in the same place and taken from the floor (front desk told us to leave them on the floor if we want to get our towells changed) :) day after - we left our hotel at 8:30, get back - 3:30 no evidence that houskeeping was in our room. Ow, and I didn’t hear “sorry for that” once, front desk manager seems polite but doesn’t help with anything. If you want a pool towel you can only get one a day, and some of them are ripped and discoloured :) So this hotel is totally not worth the price or the reviews that it has. I stayed in Tulum for the same price in another hotel and got amazing experience. So be aware before spending your money ! :)

First of all the front desk charged my card in Pesos at a VERY unfavorable rate --- the original price was quoted in US Dollars. Then they asked to charge it again, the same amount, saying the first amount was a deposit! They need to make it clear beforehand what it is they are going to charge, and stick to it!! The bed was rock hard and the front desk unhelpful. Room looked over a building site. It is 2 KM from the center of Tulum. Many better places to stay.
