Bad experience, all they do is rip you off charging double for everything and constantly asking for tips. Yuck! No wonder people call them dirty Mexicans! Order cans for us and they charge us double then when I ask for help they don’t help and say that’s what he is charging when I was given a price at check out! Don’t stay here it’s not worth the money you can’t get anywhere so to eat you have to spend $100 us to get anywhere for food but then if you want to eat in the hotel it’s like your paying $1000 for a decent dinner I can not justify! What a bad hotel experience

Loved the Jewel of Cancun!!!

I loved the ceiba club! My husband and I got married at Conrad, things were a bit disappointing initially but they turned it around quickly and we enjoyed our trip and we enjoyed the Ceiba club quite a lot for personal enjoyment and time with each other as newlyweds. Yessica was the best at Ceiba club, our Chef Marcela made the best snacks and omelets for us and she even made me watermelon juice at my request. Mishel was our concierge and he was very accommodating and very kind. Thank you so much for helping to make our first half of our honeymoon amazing! Yessica you’re the best!❤️❤️

I usually never write a review, however the Staff & the Conrad hotel Tulum deserve it! I will start by saying pictures online do not do this hotel justice. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed at many hotels. The staff is amazing and so hardworking! Everyday they went out of their way to make sure my friends & I had the most luxurious experience. The food and drinks by the pool and restaurants were all amazing! Josias was so helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. Our house keeper Elsy was so sweet. Everyone was I wish I remember them all because they all deserve their flowers! Thank you Conrad for an unforgettable trip & I can’t wait to be back!!

Long overdue review from an incredible stay at Conrad Tulum, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment my partner and I arrived, the hospitality blew us away. The property is stunningly beautiful and the rooms are fantastic, with most of the 2nd and 3rd story rooms providing a view of the ocean. The food was fantastic across the board, with Kengai being our favorite. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality. Huge thanks to Vera, the guest experience manager, who added so many thoughtful touches to make our stay extra special. The pool crew—especially Ivan, Jessica, and Jose—were always on point, making sure we had everything we needed while lounging by the lobby pool. During our stay, Hurricane Beryl came through, but the staff handled it so well. They kept us comfortable, made us feel safe, and went out of their way to keep everyone fed and entertained, turning a potentially stressful situation into an enjoyable experience. The concierge team was also amazing and provided several thoughtful touches with their warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back :)

There is a reason Condé Nast travel ranked this beautiful resort in the top 3 of Eastern Mexico! It’s amazing, the property is kept immaculate, the service is unmatched. We had the ceiba club experience tbh I can see why families might find that aspect appealing but in the future we will skip this upgrade

I visited with my husband and two year old son. The kids club team made this the best experience for me as a mom who was trying to entertain a toddler for ten days. Specifically Ruth & Yvette I can’t thank them enough for making us feel like family
