Heerlijk schoon hotel. Ruime kamers met goed werkende airco. 2 zwembaden op het dak. 1 kleine 5x3 meter en 1 grotere 15x4 meter. Erg gastvrij en behulpzaam personeel. Als je wilt kan je kamer elke dag schoon worden gemaakt. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Parkeren kan tegen betaling in de parkeergarage onder t hotel. Ontbijt wat incl. is yoghurt met vers fruit, granola en onbeperkt koffie, thee en sapjes. En keuze uit omelet, sunny side up, of scrambeld.

Muy limpias las habitaciones, un servicio de primer nivel, la atención de primera te hacen sentir como en casa! Christopher es un excelente ser humano y siempre atento a lo que uno necesita, también dándonos tips de dónde ir a divertirnos, pasear y disfrutar de nuestra estadía tanto en el hotel como en tulum, Gracias por tus atenciones y quedamos encantados y convidados a volver.

El hotel esta bien ubicado a menos de un km del Chedraui Selecto y junto a un Oxxo y un 7eleven. Ademas de varios restaurantes alrededor, aunque algo mas costosos que la zona centro de Tulum que tambien esta relativamente cerca (2.5km aprox). El lobby y la zona de hamacas en la planta baja esta bonita, al igual que las habitaciones. Los colchones estan muy blandos para mi gusto, y el agua de la regadera no salia muy caliente lo que no fue tan problematico porque al final hace calor en tulum, pero a alguna gente podria no encantarle. La zona de alberca en la planta alta esta bonita tambien y ahi esta el resturante aunque nosotros nunca desayunamos ni comimos ahi. Y la otra es que hay que pagar adicional para utilizar el estacionamiento, lo que desde mi punto de vista deberia de estar incluido en la reservacion. Por lo general es un buen hotel, limpio pero solo un par de detalles a mejorar.

Déjeuner très ordinaire (yaourt, fruits et pain) pas de cuillère pour manger le yaourt juste des fourchettes. Long temps attente pour le Check in (chambre après l’heure prévue)

Gem in Tulum
Naala seem new and mixes modern and contemporary with a local flare with lots of wood. The hotel is really nice with an awesome rooftop restaurant and pool; these are great places to unwind in the evenings. It's next to convenience stores and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with cloud soft mattresses. The two bedroom was well appointed with all furniture and appliances. Great location. Bikes available (at a rental cost) for a quick ride. It's a bit of a distance to the beach and other attractions but there's a lovely Selecto Chedrauri couple blocks down.
