NO! DONT DO IT!! RUN!!!! If you value your sleep don’t stay here. When I say it was loud it’s an understatement. My husband and I played the white noise from our phones to try to drown out the noise but it was impossible. You could hear the music blaring from the beach club and from the bar across the street. It was exaggeratedly loud.
On an other note the hotel tried putting us in a room that we didn’t book. They tried to put us in a room where we would need to shared a restroom. The room we booked was a 100% private room.
If you do stay don’t store your food in the fridge. The staff goes through ALL bags looking to see if you have stored alcohol which is prohibited. Imagine if they are sick or didn’t wash their hands and they are rummaging through your food?

Tulum è un posto straordinario e il Mia è una struttura fantastica, immersa nel verde con una vista sull’oceano che ti toglie il fiato. La camera che abbiamo prenotato è strepitosa, grandissima con un mega bagno e un terrazzo sul beach club che fa solo meritava la visita. Tutti i servizi sono eccellenti, dalle pulizie alla reception al personale del beach club!!! Incredibile!!! Serissimi e rispettosi tutti quanti!! Veramente un’esperienza indimenticabile

El servicio bueno y sobretodo la recepcionista fue encantadora muy buen desayuno todo muy ricoy excelente la atención del restaurante pero se puede mejorar las instalaciones sobretodo la cocina de los apartamentos y la habitacion

El servicio es bueno, todo el personal muy amable, la habitación cómoda, linda, limpia, el desayuno incluido tambien está muy bueno y las porciones son grandes, incluye: café, jugo, fruta y el plato fuerte puede ser huevo, omelette, chilaquiles o hot cakes. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas en general.

Excelente hotel! Desde el check in el staff me recibió con una sonrisa y una atención impecable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y resolver cualquier duda. La limpieza en todo el hotel es sobresaliente, las habitaciones impecables, con la mejor vista al mar. Es una pena que hubiera demasiado sargazo pero con todas las actividades que hay al rededor y cenotes no lo sentí casi. Definitivamente mis próximas vacaciones las pasaré aquí

Muy bonito todo, solo que la música que ponen en el área de la alberca es de volumen muy alto. Y deben poner también música para los mexicanos, porque toda era en inglés. Fuera de eso todo excelente, los desayunos, los meseros, las chicas de recepción, todos muy amables.
