We had booked a week long reservation a month in advance. We were about to reach Seattle after driving more than 2000 miles, only to get a voicemail less than 20 minutes before arriving at the hotel that they had no room for us and we would have to find other accommodations. I spoke to the front desk agent about this (after being on hold for at least 20 minutes) and was informed that they could not accommodate us, there were no sister properties in the city to possibly move us to and the only other room they could offer only saved ~$25/day and did not meet our needs. I was assured however that they were being "kind" enough to wave the cancelation fee for the reservation. I will NEVER stay with a Woodbrige Suites again and I will avoid Choice hotels whenever possible. Do not waste your time, from other reviews I've seen this is a common problem with their entire brand.

Stay Away!!
Disgusting room. Burn holes in the bedding, dirty walls, roaches. There was poop in the hallway. I stayed in the room about 10 minutes and left, but the property refused to provide a refund. Horrible experience!

I was impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Room was spacious, smelled good and was up to date. Disliked how unsafe the area around the hotel was. There's people living in their cars out in the hotel parking lot.

This hotel might work for other but I was looking to be catered to. It is a self-service type place. Clean towels and sheets if you ask. People standing near the door way smoking. Most people I saw were traveling for work or short stay.
