Not quality at all. I have traveled the entire world from the slums of Washington, D.C. to the highest quality inns in Belize and this was by far the absolute worst place I have stayed. First, the bed sheets were YELLOW. Personally, I don’t want to sleep in an unwashed bed. Second, the staff was literally horrible. So incredibly mean. I have only met people that mean in my home city in Tennessee. We got screamed at, I mean this in the most literal sense, screamed at for being six minutes late to check out by the MANAGER. She threatened us with being charged for the oh so MASSIVE inconvenience that we caused her like that was just stupid. All in all, this was the lowest quality hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Will never go back. 10/10 do NOT recommend wasting your money on this worthless place.

This trip was so terrible if I ever glue en go to Tucson again it will be the north side! Incredible racist and unprofessional, after checking into my room for not even 2 seconds I went down to the lobby cause the room reeked of week and the manger called me the N slur and said it was probably me to get a discount and free room!!! I have never been so offended in my life. I was away for 5 seconds and walked right but down. I wouldn’t even wish this stay to trump and that speaks volumes

The carpet is sticky, ice machine broken, the pool is green, the sheets are wrinkle and the room has a smell, less food for breakfast

TV was on when I came in the room. Turns out the remote was broken. Also the bedside drawer would not stay closed. The shower knob wouldn't work and only cold shower was available.. the manager was extremely disrespectful when told of the issues

No Qualities Hotel
We went there for the 4th of July fireworks and it's a great location to see them.
However, the hotel was extremely subpar
The key cards did not work for the outside doors so if we didn't block the door we would get locked out. Extremely high deposit for such a run down property. Nothing in the room is worth $5 let alone $100 . Non functional internet. Breakfast consisted of stale off brand cereal with no milk So not sure what we were supposed to do with that , weak watery coffee. Unable to control water temperature in shower and could not get it hot.Check out time 11:00 and no option to extend to 12 without unreasonable fees. Room in complete disrepair.

The tv will freeze constantly, they blamed the provider. Nothing but the TV was unplugged and no where near the appliances.

Horrible!!
The front staff was pleasant but that was the only thing. The rooms were dirty, furniture used and stained with holes in the desk chair seat. The floors gave way when walking to the room. The carpets were stained around the doors and in the entry way. It honestly felt like I was at a halfway house with the quality of people who were there. There was concern for *****, in and around the hotel. There was a dirty sweaty man who went into the staff kitchen to fill his own cups (4 of them) with Ice. Another dirty man stole the maid cart and took things off the cart. I did not feel safe and if it was not for the fact that my husband was there I would not have stayed. There was a serious concern for saftey. The breakfast hall was filled with dirty, homeless looking people at 6AM!!! and when I went to check again around 7AM there was more that than 6am crowd. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
