Love this place. Comfortable, clean and cute. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is great. Good location near downtown and golf. This is my stop every time I go through Tuscon. Reasonably priced.

My friends and I celebrated our 50th birthdays here! Elizabeth was so accommodating and made our stay absolutely Amazing!! Every request was made possible by their amazing staff!! The rooms were absolutely beautiful! I love this hotel because unlike franchised hotels they make you feel special and truly like guests! This hotel does not disappoint! Highly recommended!! Ask for Elizabeth and she will help you with all of your needs!! BTW the pool is amazing, very refreshing and relaxing! The restaurant is also delicious!!! We had breakfast and drinks…just beautiful in the evening all lit up!!

Thank you Elizabeth for helping to make our staycation great! The rooms were beautiful and the pool perfect for a hot sunny day. The location is central and close to many bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

We booked a Deluxe Spa King room specifically for the tub with jets and the tub did not function at all. The tub could not contain water, jets didn't work and it had many scratches on the bottom. The room and property had tond of random small damages and the rooms around us were very loud. Pool was cold. The maintenance people didn't speak English.... it was a disaster except for the front desks staff they were 10 out of 10.

I specifically chose to book the Spa King room for their Spa Tub. Don't waste your money, they don't regularly clean the jets of their spa tub so it's unsafe to bathe in the tub since the inner jets and the outer filters are covered in Serratia marcescens, a type of mold and some are covered with an orange residue as well, which could be due to minerals in the water or its also another type of bacteria. That or bring cleaning stuff to clean the tub yourself before going in. Wish I had thought to bring stuff to do just that, just in case, but unfortunately I didn't and I avoided using the spa tub as I have a major surgery happening on Monday June 30th and didn't want to risk getting an infection from an open sore or a yeast infection from the dirty water. Other than the dirty spa tub, everything else was great, everything elss in the room was clean and in good working order. Do note that there aren't elevators, so if you're disabled and stairs are a challenge or obstacle you'll want a 1st floor room, I found this out the hard way and if I stay again in the future will be something I'll keep in mind. The restaurant is decent, servers were friendly, disappointed that their website was outdated and stated that breakfast is a buffet, it is not. Instead they have a set menu. I got avocado toast since nothing else on the menu grabbed my attention, it wound up being too salty. I should've said something but I was still disappointed about the spa tub and I have Autism/ADHD and didn't want to cry in front of my server out of frustration due to how differently my visit went from my expectations when planning the stay. Quote from the restaurant website: "Breakfast at Cielos is a Treat. Indulge in a delightful start to your day at Cielos. A tempting breakfast buffet awaits with a medley of freshly crafted, locally inspired dishes." I would've had a nicer time otherwise if I'd known to set those two expectations about the spa tub and breakfast buffet aside ahead of time.

I had booked the room for my anniversary with my husband and was deeply disappointed. I checked in with a special promo that offered a free item (popsicles I think?), said item was never offered. That was a very small thing, but it was the first of many things. The first night, we found no robes I the room and when we asked the front desk for some, we were told housekeeping would bring them by. We waited for half an hour in the room before finally going to the pool for a while (which was incredibly dirty) and the robes still hadn't shown up. We didn't really need them anymore since we'd already gone to the pool, so we settled in for the night and put out the Do Not Disturb sign only for housekeeping to finally show up at almost 10pm and knock on our door until we answered. That was just rude. The AC went out or froze up in the middle of the night both nights and no matter where we set the thermostat, it took hours to cool off again both nights. If there had been a screen on the sliding glass door, I would have left it open, but we cracked it a few times instead to try and get some relief. Some jets in the tub I paid extra for didn't even work even after doing the reset on the wall. There is only the one ceiling fan in the main room which did not provide enough circulation, and no fan in the bathroom proper so any baths or showers made the whole room incredibly humid on top of the AC failing. I do not know if it is because it is a westward facing room that gets so much sun on the outer walls, but it was too hot in that room. The sink faucet closest to the bathroom door was also leaking onto the countertop. The lights above the tub were filthy and one looked loose. The bed was awful. It was so worn in there is a deep divot in the middle and it aggravated my husband's neck so badly we checked out early to take him to get treatment. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again. It was generally clean and aesthetically pleasing, but not at all comfortable nor worth the price for what was supposed to be a celebratory romantic staycation for us. Stay out of room 162!!

The property was well maintained. Staffing was excellent and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels are high grade. Breakfast is included and from a menu, better than your typical buffet breakfast. Juice was not included, which was weird. This hotel is exceptional, we would stay again.

We woke up at three in the morning itchy, and when we turn on the lights, we had bedbugs bites all over our body. We checked the bed and we found bedbugs on the bed the manager, avoid us and still charged us for the night. Kept trying to call him to try to refund us because we had a horrible stay but the manager kept avoiding us till this day. Cautious when you go to this hotel, they are known for bedbugs.

The entire staff from front desk to dining servers were very welcoming. The grounds were spotless with vegetation/cacti very interesting. I've never visited Tucson before but this was a great find. The Lodge was convenient location to visit local attractions especially the Pima Air and Space Museum which is a must see.
