While the majority of guests have found their stay to be peaceful and comfortable, occasional sound transfer between units can occur. To ensure a restful experience, we've provided a white noise machine on the nightstand. We also observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM in both units to help maintain a calm and respectful environment for all guests.*** While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, please be aware that guests in Unit 3, located at the rear of the property, may occasionally need to pass through the side yard to access their unit. The parking lot is located in front of the duplex, so this will not affect your parking space or overall experience.
