"I'm in shock about how rude and unprofessional the desk workers are here. Huge lines, especially at 3pm. Good luck getting in a room by 5pm. Good luck being able to sleep if you get a conjoining room, the doors separating you and the neighbors is super-thin. You can hear every whisper."

"It was nice and quiet, rooms and premises were clean, vending machines and ice machines on the floors. Pool was closed and room service is on a per-request basis. Friendly and considerate staff and i felt safe stepping outside for a smoke break. The TV's are a bit laggy but it wasn't much of an issue for me. I overall enjoyed my stay."
