Sapa Mountain Resort Affiliated by Melia

The resort Hotel is located on a small hill near Sapa Center. You would need to take a flight of stairs as a short cut to the Center... Doable for youngsters but older adults may find the stairs challenging. Some parts of the hotel are undergoing renovation, hence the spa is not available. Indoor pool is not heated. Staff are helpful and resourceful, provided information proactively and are approachable. They provided us with a portable heater in our room, which really helps. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Will return again, hopefully the renovation woulld have been completed then.

The resort was good and we felt like home. The staff was really courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was good, only thing for the room just water pressure is not strong enough, hotel staff are frendly and helpful, SPA and gym was out of services due to renovation, hotel should take off the available amenities on their website and travel agent

This was an amazing place to stay and relax. It has great views and location. It's a must stay at sapa

The stay was perfect! The hotel is very pleasant, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices – from Asian to European breakfast – all fresh and abundant. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only small downside was that the gym was rather small and the pool was not heated (it’s only heated in winter), but this did not affect the overall quality of the stay. The location is also excellent. Highly recommended!

So peaceful and quiet especially you want a relaxing trip. Cleanliness is superb and also the friendly staff. Looking forward to my next trip in sappa.
