service here is very good, customer service fast and nice, soft out problem immediately. Big room , provide everything things we need, good location , easy to go everywhere we like. we satisfied to stay here. Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views, great amenities and wonderful people. Loved it.
Even though there’s no service desk (it’s a self-service stay), the response and service was immaculate. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at D HOME SAPA and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived.Our room was spotless, well-decorated, and very comfortable, with a great view and all the amenities we needed.

The place was just hundred meters away from the center which is a 3 minute Walk. The place is cozy and makes you feel at home.Though I did had some doubts at first. The place is like a 24 hour check in. But you should be able to check out at 11am
The place promote more of self service and manage remotely like airbnb

Excellent, memorable stay with D Home. They were so accommodating, friendly and considerate.
Very responsive. They assisted or guided us well from our Bus trip from Hanoi to Sapa, our hotel check in and all the minor issues encountered during the stay.
The place is very convenient, near to some tiktok famous hotels and cafes too. You get a nice view of the train. Near to Sun Plaza. Everything is good.
