Very hard to Find. Similar name hotel within the same compound. It was very disappointing not front desk 24 hours as mentioned in Trip.com and also not included breakfast which we had paid for. We had to wait in the rain and cold weather for about three hours in the early morning. We called the contact number for about 3 consecutive days before we arrived and to make sure the early check in but no one answered and can’t see the number in WhatsApp also.

The location is simply amazing. There are many check-in spots and restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to Sun Plaza. It is amazing...
We arrived at 7 am and they also let us check in early. I was really touched.

The welcome was not English-speaking, but it was provided by a very kind young woman. However, the room did not match the description at all, and it was impossible to sleep 3 people in it as reserved. It was a bit complicated and took a long time to find a solution.
