Great location just besides Sun Plaza to Fansipan Mountain. Convenient to many attractions such as Cat Cat Village, Alpine Coaster.

I stayed at BB Hotel Sapa and loved its central location near the stone church and Sapa Square. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views. A great mix of comfort and convenience—I’d happily stay here again.

Great location being next to Sapa station and amenties but what was really the icing on the cake was the great service provided all staff with special mention going to Thomas Dao who was attentive friendly and went out of his way to provided great advice and help.

Location is excellent, just short walk to the station. Counter staff is helpful and friendly. Lots of variety of food for breakfast.

Clean and quiet room, good breakfast with lots of varieties, helpful staff (especially Kelvin, he booked Fansipan ticket for us, provide info for rice terrace trekking tour, he even serves us apple tea while waiting for pick up bus in the lobby), convenient location, highly recommend for others

Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The property is clean and situated in a prime location in Sapa, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
However, we encountered a minor issue with the bathroom water pump, which occasionally did not function properly. Additionally, we recommend guests take photos of the snacks and minibar items in the room upon check-in. Unfortunately, we were asked to pay for a snack that we did not consume, and without evidence, we decided to settle the charge quickly during checkout.
Aside from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was positive, and the hotel’s cleanliness and convenient location are definite highlights.

Had an amazing solo stay at Hotel sapa! Safe, clean, and cozy with friendly staff. Great location for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone traveling alone!

Sorry, I forgot the names of the two officers yesterday. When we checked in yesterday, the two men served us very well and were very helpful. This makes this hotel a 5-star hotel in my opinion. With a super strategic location. The first floor has a cafe and a cafe on the roof.
