Town view rooms are noisy with construction and street noise. Staff were great and moved us to a Mountain View room which was so much better. 10/10 for that. So good hotel but Sapa itself has over developed now; busy, noisy streets, litter all over and constant pestering by street vendors detracted from what was once a beautiful place

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. The insulation in the rooms, corridors, windows and balconies needs to be better than it is, but it is an excellent experience and I recommend it.
