The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, cheerful, welcoming, cute and very enthusiastic. The location is super great. The room price is too good. In general, there is nothing to complain about for a family stay of 9 members

The location is at the starting point of Sapa, so it is close to the night market, general market, mart, Sapa Lake, etc. It is not far to Sapa Square, which is about a 20-minute walk away, and the cable car to Phan Si Pin Muong Lake is not far away. The hotel is generally clean, and the staff is very friendly to guests. You can make reservations for other destinations, and there are English-speaking staff. If I had to find a downside, the hotel room door sometimes malfunctioned, and it was a bit difficult to close. Also, breakfast is included in the hotel reservation, but they ask for 600,000 VND when checking out. I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional, but I was embarrassed because I had experienced it in Vietnam. Also, at 3:30 in the morning, I woke up to the sound of the automatic door beeping and the door opening and closing. Nevertheless, if you have a group or a group, I recommend this hotel. The owner is very friendly, and although it is a newly opened hotel, there are areas for improvement, but I give it points for warmly welcoming travelers.

Came for 1 night, extended for 2 nights.. 3 nights 15,000 won for 3 people It was very good for the price Of course the facilities are a bit old and the bathroom is not perfectly cleaned But the bed is clean Since I go out in the morning and come back at night I only sleep, so there is no problem However, the refrigerator and kettle are the worst Unusable The staff are so nice Thank you for the kindness that is not excessive I stayed comfortably for 3 nights

We visited this hotel again with a difference of one day. The first time everything was fine, but now I give a lower rating. We were given another room, and in comparison it turned out to be noticeably worse. There was no remote control for the air conditioner (we asked the reception and they brought it), the Wi-Fi worked very poorly and constantly broke down, and also the mobile Internet in this room almost did not work because it was behind the buildings, there was no soap or shampoo, there was no hair dryer. Just like the previous time, breakfast was not provided although they were indicated in the reservation, so we had to pay and contact trip com support for compensation. Overall, everything is fine and the hotel is good, you just need to understand that a lot here also depends on what room you get.

Clean and the reception staff are good. Vietnam is a good city and its people are kind and their treatment is very nice.
