The space is lovely and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I would visit them again. They also can book taxis on your behalf at a discounted price, I really liked that.

We‘re very much satisfied with the services and hospitality accorded to us especially by Mr. Mua. The place is very clean, and with lift also. All the staff are very courteous.Breakfast which is included in our accommodation is great. I do recommend Sapa T.T. Homestay. They really give value for your money.

We arrived in Sapa from Hanoi quite early in the morning, and Hung was kind enough to let our family freshen up and check in a bit earlier. The room was clean and cozy, and Hung ensured everything was perfect for us. Our family enjoyed the stay.
As for the location, it’s not far from the city center, and the hotel offers buggy rides at reasonable prices to help guests get there.
Grab cars are also easily available.

The room was affordable. There was just misunderstanding with our reserved room. There was no balcony. I thought we had it since it's on their description. But, overall, the place is excellent.

3인 1실, 조식포함, 2일 묵는동안 불편한점 없이
편안했습니다!
다소 위치가 시내권은 아니지만
도보로 15분 정도, 택시(Grab) 이용시 5,000원 안팎으로
주변 관광지 자유롭게 이용했어요~
정말 현실적이지 않은 특가에 이틀 잘 묵었읍니다~
담 여행시도 이용하고 싶네요!!

離市區車程約5分鐘，如果有買纜車套票建議還是住市區比較方便。
接待人員很熱心幫忙，住宿部分原本是因為看衛生評價很高才預訂，但是實際入住才發現枕頭、棉被都灰塵(不知道這裡評論可以提供照片，所以沒拍到照片)，12月入住Sapa是需要熱水的季節，第一晚洗到一半沒熱水真的很誇張，沒有在入住時提前檢查是否都有打開電源，入住時也沒有特別提醒，房間跟網站照片相符！
