I like this hotel so much. The design is contemporary. The room is big and clean. Bath room is big with bath tub. But a small issue is that the location is hard to locate, even the grab driver couldn't find the right place. Good breakfast too

Such an amazing stay. The receptionist and staff was so nice and their service is amazing. Sapa was overall amazing. Will visit this hotel again if I ever have the chance to visit Sapa again.

Nice and comfy room. Though traveling with a friend but we stayed in family room. It's spacious and its design was practical. The sink is outside the bathroom so one can use it when other persons is showering. The view at restaurant is stunning. Recommend to wake up in early morning and find some window seats at breakfast room. In addition, the service is excellent since the greeting message after complete booking. The staffs are very helpful and polite. They can find the car taking us from Noi Bai airport and also help contacting drivers during our stay.

Beautiful reception with clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and location is good. Value for money. If I do go back to Sapa, we will stay in this hotel again!

Really love stay at Azalea. We had 3 nights. The rooms are beautiful, clean and staff super friendly. We also enjoyed massage at the hotel and the good breakfast. We can highly recommend this place.

I had booked a room with mountain view butter when I was allocated room 601, I would not consider the room having a mountain view because it directly faces the backyard of a flat of a building just opposite the hotel room and that is not a pleasant view. The mountain can only be seen from a small corner. Having paid extra to have a room with a mountain view, the view of room 601 is not acceptable. After much feedback, the reception agreed to change my room to another room one floor below but the room could still see half the backyard of the flat across. Breakfast at hotel was quite good. Hotel also have area with comfortable chairs for us to rest when we arrived early in the morning till our check in time. They also have shower facilities if you would like to take a shower while waiting.

Speechless.. i was surprised that we had a room upgrade with a lovely welcome card. Thanks for everything definitely we will comeback. I already recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
