The room is big and is same as the photo showed. Breakfast not much choice but still nice to eat with nice view. And walking distance to everywhere

I’m surprised there isn’t much reviews here at TripAdvisor but would love to give a true review of my experience. Azalea has a very good location , it’s near and within short walking distance to a few highly rated eateries (just use google) . If you are planning to go fansipan, it’s just a short walk to sunplaza to take the funicular which will take u to cable car station. I received complimentary upgrade to a suite as I reached out to them in advance for some in room decor for my wife’s birthday. Smith who I corresponded with was prompt and helpful with all the arrangements , not only that , while we were there , he met us during breakfast hour to suggested itinerary based on the weather over next few days and even booked my fansipan funicular + cable car tickets for me. All I needed was to flash rhe QR ticket he has sent me and I was on my way. Highly recommended .

All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa.

Why this hotel review's grade 9 plus?
And they insisted the money exchanger rate 26,500VND per dollar only when I pay and this hotel requires an additional fee for card payment.
