"My parents' house is near Star Land, so I always use this hotel. Breakfast is included and we can use the large public bath, so it doubles as a hot spring trip and my family enjoys it. Parking is also free. The face towels are small, so it would be helpful to have two, but I think I'll bring my own next time."

"The pin code for the key box was wrong and I couldn't get in, which was a problem. It was my first time using this type of private lodging, so I didn't know the contact information, and I couldn't get a cell phone signal from the accommodation, so I went back into town, looked up the contact information online, got the correct pin code, and was able to get in two hours later. The log house was well-equipped and clean, so I really liked it."
