The room was nice and clean , the location is great it’s only a few minutes from the station. However , the room is not soundproof and I could hear everything, the air conditioner was not working well so I couldn’t sleep and was in bad condition the next day and unfortunately I had to take the test in Tsukuba university so I was really disappointed and will not stay there again.

We had a comfortable stay at Toyoko Inn. Good location. This hotel is walking distance to the train station and there's a mall nearby. My family also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the staffs will assist you if you want to take your breakfast in your room. This hotel is highly recommended!

The room is relatively small, but it has everything, clean and sanitary, with a safe and refrigerator. It is very good for one person to live in. The hotel uses a credit card to take the elevator, which is safe and guaranteed. The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective. It is very close to the Research Institute subway and convenient for travel

There are a lot of group guests, so there is a lot of talking and noise even at night. I was disappointed when I opened the kettle to make tea and found what looked like mold there. There was also a stain-like stain at the bottom of the bath, so I just had to take a shower. The front desk and staff were friendly and it was no problem! I guess it can't be helped since it's located in the city.

The room is very narrow, the bathroom is very narrow, but it's basically like this. The flowerbed at the door is very beautiful. There are many shops nearby, so it's convenient for shopping. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock, which is too early.

I'm glad it's near the station. The sounds from the hallway are loud. The free breakfast was good. Nearby hotels have large public baths, so I think you'll definitely want to compare them.

酒店就在筑波研究學院站附近，出了站步行 2 分鐘就到， 衞生：很乾凈整潔，沒有異味，即時是允許吸煙的房間也沒有煙味，處理很好！ 環境：周邊很安靜，窗簾遮光很好，隔音很不錯，休息很好。 設施：一樓有一次性刮鬍刀，茶包，浴帽和爽膚套裝隨用隨取，還有微波爐，如果買了便當可以在一樓加熱就餐。還有投幣洗衣機和烘乾機，很方便，服務人員幫忙操作很友好。 服務：服務非常友好，每次都面帶笑容，有問必答！

半額セールだったので、気分転換に子育て中の友人に朝食ビュッフェ付き2泊分をプレゼントしました🎁 とても綺麗な部屋で水回りも清潔だったと喜んでもらえました🙌 正月の三が日中の2泊でしたが、オンラインですぐに予約できて助かりました😊

前台櫃員非常友善在半夜為我們解決了停車問題，酒店環境非常乾淨整潔，讓客人體驗到賓至如歸的感受。下次還會入住。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐品種豐富，每天都有報紙，離車站和購物中心、超市很近，吃飯出行購物都很方便。

とても清潔な室内で、快適に過ごせました。駅からも近く　便利なロケーションにあります。朝食のバイキング料理も味が良く、美味しく頂きました。

駅からのアクセスがよく、朝食もついており快適な滞在ができました。ホテル周辺にはレストランが多々ありました。
