"The high-level security makes enjoying the stay very difficult. The staff were not welcoming and the customer service wasnt great. A few members of our group were electrocuted in the jacuzzi at the villa, including a child. One guest was served raw fish. Yes the beach is nice and very picturesque,however the customer service and issues we had made it un-enjoyable"

It’s absolutely wonderful place. Yeah its far from the JNB but its worth it"

We had diner from the a la carte menu and it was excellent, I can recommend the steak with marrobone. Breakfast is also great, a wonderful selection and you can sit outside if you wish, overlooking the lake. Staff are wonderful, professional and attentive. We also enjoyed very much the sauna in the spa area."
