В целом не плохо,место удобное,близко от центра,завтрак хороший с большим выбором Почему я поставил 3 из 5: 1.Слабый Wi-Fi 2.В номере был чайник но не было: чая/кофе 3.В номере не закрывалась дверь сообщили об этом на ресепшн в 18:45, сказали что исправят но в 22:00 по прибытию в номер проблема не была решена! 4.На второй день не остались спустились в другой отель Marriot немного дорого но и бассейн намного лучше и GYM большой и спать я буду спокойно с закрытой дверью!

I recently stayed in a cozy cottage at Elegant hotel in Tsaghkadzor, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The living area was warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, and were perfect for spending quality time. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s perfect for families or groups looking for privacy, comfort, and a touch of nature. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to returning someday 🤩

Very nice cottage stay, equipped with mini kitchen and first floor with 2 bedrooms and one & only bathroom, ground floor with lavish living room kitchen and powder room with modern heating system comfortable beds. Breakfast is with very limited choice and not much selection for sure, can not compare with hotel like Marriott, especially for vegetarian guests. I highly recommend the property.

Not sure how the property has so many good reviews! The food is ok! But the restaurant staffs aren't! Check in time is at 2:00 pm. We arrived an hour early and still had to wait 30 minutes extra to get our room. Wi-Fi connection isn't that strong as well. Better to have your own data pack. Property looks okay! But nothing exceptional with the team.

Самый лучший отель, где нам доводилось бывать! Персонал очень приветлив, территория чистая, ухоженная, номера новые, идеально работающий вайфай, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки! Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё! Прилагаю небольшой фотоотчет:)

The service at the restaurant was disappointing. Although dinner was included, many items were already finished by the time we arrived and it took a while for them to refill some of the dishes. When we finally got to the food, there were very few options and everything was cold. On a positive note, breakfast was good, but unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly.

We booked a cottage for us and it was amazing, very clean & spacious, have fridge, cooking range and microwave, beds are comfortable, had 2 bathrooms with full amenities. Would be excellent to add a washing machine and hair dryer. Location is between the city center and the cable carts. The hotel restaurant was the best among all restaurants we tried in Yerevan and very reasonable priced with very good portions.
