Very nice cottage stay, equipped with mini kitchen and first floor with 2 bedrooms and one & only bathroom, ground floor with lavish living room kitchen and powder room with modern heating system comfortable beds. Breakfast is with very limited choice and not much selection for sure, can not compare with hotel like Marriott, especially for vegetarian guests. I highly recommend the property.

Not sure how the property has so many good reviews! The food is ok! But the restaurant staffs aren't! Check in time is at 2:00 pm. We arrived an hour early and still had to wait 30 minutes extra to get our room. Wi-Fi connection isn't that strong as well. Better to have your own data pack. Property looks okay! But nothing exceptional with the team.

Самый лучший отель, где нам доводилось бывать! Персонал очень приветлив, территория чистая, ухоженная, номера новые, идеально работающий вайфай, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки! Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё! Прилагаю небольшой фотоотчет:)

The service at the restaurant was disappointing. Although dinner was included, many items were already finished by the time we arrived and it took a while for them to refill some of the dishes. When we finally got to the food, there were very few options and everything was cold. On a positive note, breakfast was good, but unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly.

We booked a cottage for us and it was amazing, very clean & spacious, have fridge, cooking range and microwave, beds are comfortable, had 2 bathrooms with full amenities. Would be excellent to add a washing machine and hair dryer. Location is between the city center and the cable carts. The hotel restaurant was the best among all restaurants we tried in Yerevan and very reasonable priced with very good portions.

Great location ,fabulous hotel , staff could not do enough for us Breakfast very good , hotel has swimming pool/spa/entertainment 5 min from the town ＜although taxies are only 6-100dam ＞ rooms have stocked mini bar/tea/coffee facilities ,would certainly recommend and will be returning again

Провели две замечательные недели в отеле Элегант. Он расположен в живописной долине Цахкадзор у подножия горы Тегенис. Отель имеет основой корпус и несколько коттеджей. Мы остановились в коттедже и остались очень довольны. На территории Элеганта чисто и уютно, протекает речка, и открывается прекрасный вид на гору, есть детская площадка, бассейн, по вечерам можно насладиться живой музыкой. Имеется ресторан, в котором очень вкусно и по-домашнему готовят! В окрестностях отеля есть продуктовые магазины, аптеки. Из достопримечательностей Цахкадзора заслуживает особого внимания монастырский комплекс 11-13 вв. Кечарис. Можно также прогуляться до парка и питомника оленей. Поскольку Цахкадзор - это горнолыжный курорт, недалеко от отеля находится канатная дорога. В августе она работала до первой станции. Мы доезжали до неё и дальше пешком шли до вершины Тегениса, откуда открываются захватывающие виды! Отель Элегант - лучшее место для отдыха в Цахкадзоре! Однозначно рекомендуем. P.S. Хотелось бы поблагодарить персонал Элеганта, благодаря которому наш отдых прошел максимально комфортно. Особенно благодарны сотрудникам ресторана Давиду и Саркису за профессионализм и отзывчивость.

The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed staying here, pleasant staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very warm even when it is freezing outside and you are able to control the room temperature on your own. Great place to stay in the winter season.

TOO DISAPPOINTED with this hotel service.... THE WORST service you can ever imagine....The customer support representative doesn't have the elementary knowledge on how to deal with customers. Don't even waste your money.. It doesn't worth.
