Great location for the winter

The hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
For vegetarians who also eat eggs, there are limited food options, but they taste good.
Two cons that I felt could have been improved:
- There were a lot of houseflies near the window which was a but annoying. And in the morning, you’ll find a lot of dead houseflies at the bottom of the window
- The room size might theoretically look big, but because a lot of the room size is used up in the stairs, it’s actually just a bedroom with some walking space around the bed. I would recommend to book a bigger room at this property.

An okay option but definitely not a usual standard Marriott hotel. Apart from the lobby and the bar, the rest of the hotel is definitely not the usual standard. However, breakfast was not bad. l would try another hotel if I was to return to Tsaghkor. Room quality is definitely below par. The curtains didn’t even meet in the middle!

Добрый день! Отдыхала в Марриотте в своей любимой Армении. Но с таким столкнулась впервые... Что происходит? Учитывая непродолжительный отдых (всего 3 дня) в последние дни новогодних каникул, обратилась по приезду на ресепшн, чтобы порекомендовали хорошего экскурсовода. Люблю Армению, хочу знать о ней больше. Но мне пообещали дать контакты чуть позже и .... Никто ничего так и не дал. Странно как-то. Учитывая организацию, где я работаю, я обратилась к коллегам за рекомендацией. И мне порекомендовали Микаэля. И не один человек. Это люди, которые тоже здесь отдыхали и уже знакомы с ним. Ну думаю, чего ждать?! Спасибо огромное Микаэлю, уникальный человек. Интеллигентный, спокойный, эрудированный, в общении очень приятный, внимательный, ненавязчивый и чувствует как и что нужно рассказать и показать. Я в восторге и с глубокой благодарностью. Вот такие эмоции - это подарок на Рождество. Но так и не поняла почему мне не порекомендовали этого чудесного гида в Марриотте?

Недавно остановился в отеле Marriott, и мой опыт был исключительно положительным. Номера в отеле просторные, с современным интерьером и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Завтрак был разнообразным и вкусным, с широким выбором блюд как для европейского, так и для местного меню. Все продукты были свежими и вкусными. В отеле также есть фитнес-центр и спа-процедуры, которые я с удовольствием использовал. Персонал отеля был дружелюбным и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Особенно хочется отметить работу ресепшн — процесс регистрации прошел быстро и без каких-либо проблем. Спасибо сотруднику администрации что передали контакты гида Микаэля, мы поехали на экскурсию. Гид был не только профессионалом в своем деле, но и настоящим энтузиастом, который с радостью делился знаниями о культуре, истории и традициях Армении. Он предложил нам экскурсию по историческим и культурным памятникам. Впечатляла его способность подать информацию так, чтобы она была интересна и познавательна для всех участников группы, независимо от их уровня знаний. Мы побывали в монастырях, крепостях и природных заповедниках, и гид всегда обеспечивал максимальную вовлеченность и внимание к каждому из нас.
