I was disappointed with the double standards shown by the hotel staff. While some guests were allowed to park their cars near their cottages, others were not. It was only after several complaints that all guests were finally permitted to do so. The hotel advertised pool and jacuzzi services, but the pool turned out to be extremely small—clearly intended only for sauna use, not for actual swimming or relaxation. Although the staff appeared polite at first, their attitude changed if you expressed any dissatisfaction with the services provided. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the misleading descriptions and inconsistent treatment of guests.

I have booked 2 different rooms in this hotel for January 12 th this year, for family, and received confirmation number via e-mail, then I made a call to be sure, that everything is ok with my booking, and received that confirmation from staff. In January 12 th in the morning, I’ m calling the hotel to ask if we can check in a bit earlier and for booking one more room if there’s possibility, as our friends decided to come with us and we were looking options for them. So in that day when we were already on the way to Alpina Resort hotel in Tsakhkadzor, the receptionist told that there’s no any reservation for my name and maybe I have canceled it. I telling that there’s no way, I have a confirmation e-mail, and we are already on the way. Then she asked 20 minites to check everything and call back. After 20 minutes she is not calling, I have called again to know something about it, and she says “we are very sorry but your reservation is canceled, maybe it’s something technical, but you received an e mail with cancellation.” I’m asking, if there’s a way to recover the booking, as I have no choice, I’m comimg with my family, she says no we don’t have rooms now, although I found a way to recover that booking. So when booking this hotel take into account, that you can stay outside and your booked rooms may stay anothers

Worn out hotel with no amenities. You have a kettle in the room but no tea bags or even a bottle of water. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Someone was smoking next door and the smell got into my room. The cabins are located next to the hotel so party music can be heard until 3am. Breakfast was extremely low quality with no fresh vegetables, nuts, yoghurt or basic ingredients you would think of. Special coffees can be ordered only for an extra charge. The staff doesn't speak English. The sauna was out of order and there's no gym.

Close to the hotel they have cottages which are very nice for passing time with friends & family, also there's mangal where you can make BBQ by yourself . We took Lux cottage & it was very comfortable, with 4 bedrooms

The hotel pretends to be more than it really is. I strongly do not recommend the food here. There is a high probability that you will eat or drink from a chipped plate. Cleaning, which is included in the price, assumes that the garbage will be taken out for you (be prepared to clean the room yourself). At the reception, they will do anything you ask for, but they are not always for the adequate money. I do not recommend.

Алпина находится в центре города, рядом с Домом Писателей. На территории гостинецы есть котеджи и игровая площадка. Персонал гостиницы добросовестно исполняет свои обязанности. Номера комфортные и чистые. Еда по-домашнему вкусная и качественная. В гостинице действует SPA салон. Рекомендую всем посетить отель.
