Due to work, I checked in at the Reno airport in a rental car. Being a Marriott hotel, the staff were very polite. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was also excellent, which helped me get my day off to a smooth start! I'd definitely like to come back!

The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was big and clean. I was quite satisfied. When we arrived at 12 noon, we asked if we could check in, so we checked in early. We checked out at 11 the next day, but my daughter hadn't dressed yet, so we went downstairs to hand in the room card and told the front desk that my daughter was still in the room. The front desk said it was okay. Americans are very friendly. I saw someone walking their dog, so I talked to the front desk and they said that you can bring your pet to any room in the United States, and there is no designated pet room. It's great.

The room was good! was just a little bit disappointed because there was no utensils in the room, we called and asked for spoon & fork, and we weren’t provided toothbrush and toothpaste too.

Great family spot Great for families. There is a hot tub and heated pool which was great. I was happy with everything but I did read that the trundle beds were kind of gross and that was accurate. The couch was full of like floss sticks and snacks. It wasn’t the end of the world but I’m glad I was prepared for that
