Отель расположен в 15 минут пешком не торопясь от вокзала и в 5 минутах от центр. В номере есть все необходимое для ночёвки, даже стаканы для зубных щёток. Можно попросить чайник на ресепшн о чем информируем табличка на рабочем столе в номере.

Service excellent, also when parking for example. Rooms neat, spotless, but actually also a bit 'crack nor taste'. The ultra-white light gives it an almost clinical look. Fine for 1 night, but not a 'cosy' room where you would like to stay.

Prijs-kwaliteit zeer goed. Nette mooie kamer, goed bed Dichtbij historisch centrum. Ontbijt : broodjes waren hard, maar de rest was oké. Voor deze prijs kan je geen uitgebreid ontbijt verwachten. Aanrader voor wie op doorreis is of Troyes wil bezoeken.

By far the most disappointing Logis Hotel I have ever stayed in. No restaurant, poor breakfast served in canteen style area in reception. We were allocated a spacious flat (not a suite!) in the annex as there were three of us. This annex was more like a rest home for the elderly or social housing. The flat had electrical sockets hanging off the wall, a fire alarm on the floor, broken bin and disused soap dispensers in the bathroom. Very poor. It clearly had not been inspected prior to us staying. Indeed the receptionist said he knew the bin was broken. When I asked to speak to the manager, no senior person was forthcoming and I was fobbed off. Would I stay here again? No. This gets two stars due to secure motorbike parking and short walk to restaurants.

Je suis embêtée de laisser un avis mitigé car e personnel est impeccable souriant et surtout à votre écoute. Nous avons modifié notre réservation 2 jours avant sans soucis les personnes que j'ai eu au téléphone ont été patientes et disponibles pour nous trouver une solution. Chambre petite c'est vrai mais fonctionnel on y fait que dormir. Par contre linge de toilette hyper rêche pas agréable pour s'essuyer le visage, les oreillers ressemblent plus à des galettes de chaises tellement ils sont plats, er le petit déjeuner non seulement insuffisant vu le prix (même pas un oeuf dur) mais surtout il faut changer de boulanger...le pain et la viennoiserie n'étaient pas du tout croustillants semblaient être de la veille. Dommage mais du coup je ne peux pas mettre plus désolée

Ein kleines, aber feines Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang, ausreichend große und sichere Parkplätze. Ausgezeichnete Lage, Klimaanlage. Etwas hellhörig, aber für den Preis wohl unschlagbar in Troyes. Hinweis für Gehbehinderte: schmale Treppe zu den Zimmern.

Sehr schlecht. Zimmer dreckig. Matratze und Kissen dreckig. Handtücker dreckig. Spinnen und Spinnenweben. Dreckige Infoblätter. Schmutzige Toilette und Toiletten ürste mit Stuhlgang beschmiert. Tür kaputt so dass die Tür nicht geschlossen bleibt. Hotelbesitzer Kunde nicht wahrgenommen. Er setzte nichts um. Wenige Parkplätze. Nachbarn hört man husten und schnarchen.
