Service prima, ook bij het parkeren bijvorbeeld.
Kamers keurig, brandschoon, maar eigenlijk ook een beetje ‘kraak noch smaak’. Het ultra-witte licht geeft het een bijna klinische uitstraling. Voor 1 nacht prima hoor, maar geen ‘gezellige’ kamer waar je graag blijft zitten.

Hôtel très bien situé Confortable. Propre. Déco simple mais très cosy Accueil parfait, personnel très à l’écoute, souriant bref parfait Petit déjeuner simple mais complet et frais. Les espaces néanmoins sont petits (petit déjeuner) Parking intérieur et bornes électriques proposés.

Bon accueil,personnel agréable. Belle chambre. Hotel proposant des places de parking à 7€ et comme il est tout proche du centre ville, tout ce fait à pied. Le centre ville regorge de petits restaurants, vous aurez l'embarras du choix. Nous avons dîner au restaurant Maxime place du marché au pain. Très sympa.

Très bon accueil. Chambre simple mais confortable. Le petit plus, la climatisation dans les chambres. Hôtel très calme à 500m du centre de Troyes. Possibilité d'une place de parking numérotée ou même un garage fermé dans un parking privé et fermé

Proche du centre ville (5 minutes à pieds) parking dans l'hôtel. Personnel ( direction, employés acceuil nuit et jour, de ménage) tout le monde à le sourire et d'une grande amabilité. Chambre TRES PROPRE ! Petit dej plus que correct , rien à redire ! Ne pas hésiter à y aller . Très très bien ! Très bonne adresse.

Building site at moment. Our first room was where the builders were working, building things in corridor, exposed ceiling and they were smoking. Man on reception had told them numerous times not to smoke apparently.We were then given room 1 next to reception. Still taste dust but better. Couldn’t get a hot shower. Reception messaged his Manager to see if we could have a complimentary breakfast due to inconvenience but he came back with take the parking fee of €6 euro off. They should not be taking guests until the works are finished! There was another building opposite but apparently that only had 2 rooms in use that were disabled and taken. Once the work is done sure the hotel will be fine. Parking handy and in good position for old town which is beautiful. Just to confirm when we booked the hotel there was no note of building work until we paid, then the warning note came up works until 1st Jan. This was 26th Jan 2024.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zentral, so dass man auch bei nur einer Etappenübernachtung die Altstadt und die Kathedrale in angemessener Zeit besichtigen kann. Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar und der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel geräumig und sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet, das Bad etwas eng. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang. Als Etappenhotel werden wir es sicher noch öfter buchen.
