"Very bad random deductions, breakfast was included in the booking, and I confirmed with the hotel staff when I used the breakfast. The other party also said that although the receipt was printed, no money would be deducted. After checking out, the breakfast fee was directly deducted from my debit account. After asking, they said they would refund the money, but when I asked again about the refund progress, the system replied that I had not refunded the money, and the platform had not processed it. They said that the other party had already started the refund and asked me to wait. It's really terrible. Who has time to keep watching."

"This is the Country Hilton with the best service and the most comfortable and clean environment in this trip. Breakfast is also optional, with freshly cut fruits and freshly squeezed juice. The restaurant waiter is very polite. The front desk is also very polite and nice."

"Tina is a very attentive host. Pricing is very affordable, and the cancellation policy is very generous. The breakfast was very big with many breakfast options. I stayed in the Urzan Room and found it to be very comfortable. Private bathroom assigned to the Urzan room is down the hall but it was a nice large bathroom and very clean. Off street parking with cameras is a nice add on. If I have business in Troy, I would definitely stay there again."
