El hotel se posiciona en los mejores de la isla. Personal muy amable y la atención a los niveles más altos del servicio. Grata estancia junto a mi familia. Diferentes variedades de burritos, pizzas y sandwiches. La cama grande y la habitación muy espaciosa.

Las cuando fui al hotel me hospede en una habitacion muy linda con muy buen servicio 🥳 la piscina era muy grande y Honda por eso havia un área para niños y una para adultos, los pedidos llegaban muy rápido, tenía una vista muy linda a la ciudad de Trinidad

Numéro 1 des hôtels de Cuba c’est une blague !!! Petit déjeuner minimaliste ou les plats chauds son froids et cela pendant trois jours. Un wifi totalement défaillant , alors que vous avez du wifi de très bonne qualité dans nombre de restaurant de la ville. Personnel limite désagréable. Cela ne vaut pas le prix demandé.

Las dos semanas más buenas de mis vacaciones fueron en el hotel Mystique Trinidad La Popa allí pude encontrar paz y tranquilidad y las mejores habitaciones con todas las amenidades limpias y en buen estado constructivo.La atención el personal es muy amable.

This was a super cool hotel. It had fabulous atmosphere, everything was clean and showers were great. The pool was amazing. Staff was great and the drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. There's a great view of the city and sunset as well. Did not want to leave!

Una experiencia única pero por mucho que escriba debería de visitarlo para que se de cuenta de la calidad de las instalaciones y la calidad de los desayunos tan buenos que se preparan aquí muy completos combinado con la calidad del servicio.
