Excellent place to stay.. Good breakfast though…

It's a little far from Madrid city and Renfe is less convenient than the metro, but there is a large Carrefour store nearby, the staff were kind and the service was good, and the best thing is that you can stay there for much cheaper than in the city.

Perfectly located and great. Fast and efficient service. I recommend the hotel.

The room is clean and hygienic, the stay is comfortable, and the service is warm and thoughtful.

Bad information to get to the hotel and we have to take a taxi and pay 36 euros at almost 1 in the morning. Two nights and they don't replace my towels or the drinks in the fridge and on top of that they tell me that I shouldn't have asked for it.

Good location, basic facilities are OK

It's a very well-located hotel in Tres Cantos, with easy parking practically right outside the door. Clean, quiet, and with a restaurant serving a daily menu (except on weekends) at a good price. Whenever I visit this beautiful town for family reasons, I stay here.

Recommended 100% very comfortable and everyone very friendly

The service is good, but the room is terrible... The stay has been short but disastrous, I would not return
