It's a little far from Madrid city and Renfe is less convenient than the metro, but there is a large Carrefour store nearby, the staff were kind and the service was good, and the best thing is that you can stay there for much cheaper than in the city.

Bad information to get to the hotel and we have to take a taxi and pay 36 euros at almost 1 in the morning.
Two nights and they don't replace my towels or the drinks in the fridge and on top of that they tell me that I shouldn't have asked for it.
