La vista spettacolare, l’accoglienza calorosa è solo l’inizio di quella che è stata una cena favolosa. Il personale di sala attento e gioviale ti fa stare bene e ti vizia . Il cibo una vera delizia piatti ricchi di sapore e gusto,piatti veri!!! Super!!!

Établissement très bien placé en face du village de Bellagio et du lac de Côme. Personnel sympathique, parlant bien le français. Chambres un peu vieillotes mais avec belle vue panoramique si on les choisit face au lac. Restaurant de bonne facture mais à un prix conséquent (45 euros par personne tout de même sans les vins..!) donc bien réfléchir avant de prendre la demi-pension… On se sent un peu comme dans une pension de famille …mais cela a un certain prix. Ceci dit, le calme et la vue assurent un agréable séjour.

WE coose this hotel because of the reviews and location My goodness we were DELIGHTED with our choice. A very rare experience to stay in a genuine family run hotel not a chain! The family Franco and wife Llyda couldn't not have been more kind and helpful. That in itself was a huge plus. Then the location WOW !!! Oh those views over the Alps and lake Como from thre bedrooms and the terrace where we enjoyed fabulous GnTs and nibbles whilst the sun went down. The food in the restaurant was great quality, excellent wine list and cooked by Francos brother. A car is really useful to get up from the main road, high into the hills. The location is complemented by a couple of restaurants near it ( one run by Francos cousin). Convenient for the ferry stop to visit other towns . Note , if you require modern facilities ie power showers/ modern furnisings etc this is not your vibe It's for people who value genuine hospitality, great food wine and simply stunning scenery

Nous avons eu un énorme coup de cœur pour cette adresse. Tout d'abord, il faut souligner la gentillesse du personnel, et en particulier, le savoir-faire du patron (qui en plus parle très bien français) Du professionnalisme et une extrême bienveillance que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. la vue est absolument formidable. La piscine est agréable en fin d'après-midi. Il faut absolument réserver en demi-pension pour profiter des talents du chef. Une adresse à ne pas manquer ! Toute la famille a adoré

Not really sure whether we would have a small lunch or just a drink, but you should go for the food as well. Very nice and welcoming host, extremely nice view from the terrace on the lake and Bellagio. We had Parma ham and melon to share and it was fantastic. Fair prices and outstanding service. What else do you expect?

Un emplacement incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Une pension de famille à l’ancienne avec un accueil et un service en français parfaits. Le bon plan : la demi-pension avec un menu du soir très très généreux ! Les chambres ne sont pas bien grandes mais le balcon avec vue rachète tout. Agréable aussi : pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine, même si quand nous y étions, la dizaine de gamins bruyants gâchait un peu l’ambiance…

The hotel room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. There was no kettle and the shower was over the bath. The room had a balcony and the view over the lovely garden and Lake Como was superb. We ate dinner twice at the hotel restaurant which also had a lovely outlook although we found dining around 8pm too late for us. The food, however, was delicious. It was a little disappointing that the pool water was cold given the warm weather as it looked very inviting. The hosts and staff were friendly and hard working. Parking was free on site. You need a car as the hotel is located up steep roads from the lake but the benefit is the fabulous view.
